Barry L. Silverman, D.C.
Dr. Barry Silverman is a chiropractor with over fourteen years of experience.
His practice is varied and includes acute and chronic care, personal injury, workers compensation, children,
and the elderly.

Borrowing from eastern and western healing modalities, Dr. Silverman utilizes various methods of
chiropractic manipulation, CranioSacral Therapy, Active Release Technique, Chinese massage therapy,
herbs, clinical nutrition, and exercise rehabilitation to affect the healing process.

Dr. Silverman received his bachelor's and master's degrees from Temple University and the New School
for Social Research, and his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Pennsylvania College of Chiropractic.

Steven Mavros, L.Ac.
Mr. Mavros is practitioner of Traditional Chinese Medicine, encompassing both Chinese and
Japanese styles of acupuncture, Chinese herbs and tui-na massage. He treats many internal disorders including:
chronic fatigue, infertility, stress reduction and emotional symptoms such as depression and anxiety.
He also treats musculo-skeletal conditions and pain syndromes.

Mr. Mavros received his bachelor's degree from the University of Pennsylvania.
His training in acupuncture began at East China Normal University in
Shanghai, China, and was completed with a Masters in Acupuncture & Oriental Medicine at the New
England School of Acupuncture.

Jerrold Friedman, M.D.
Dr. Friedman is a physician, rehabilitative medicine specialist, and acupuncturist. He maintains a
practice specializing in musculo-skeletal injuries and pain management. His focus is on exercise prescription and
sports medicine. In addition to mainstream Western medicine, Dr. Friedman's methodology incorporates
manual medicine and acupuncture techniques that enhance body movement.

Dr. Friedman received his undergraduate degree from the State University of New York at Binghamton, and his doctorate
in medicine from SUNY Syracuse. He did his residency in physical medicine and rehabilitation at Thomas
Jefferson University Hospital.

Nina Hermann, C.B.T.
Nina has over eighteen years experience in therapeutic bodywork. Her massage techniques
include deep muscle therapy, and reflexology. Intuitive and nurturing, Nina treats most musculo-skeletal and
chronic pain, as well as various organic conditions.

Nina attended the New York School of Shiatsu and Reflexology and privately studied deep muscle therapy.
She is a certified member of the Associated Bodywork and Massage Practitioners.

Jessica Roseman, LMT, GCFP
Jessica is a Guild Certified Feldenkrais Practitioner(sm), Nationally
Certified Massage Therapist, an ACSM Certified Personal Trainer, and a professional dancer &
choreographer. For over 10 years, she has been teaching movement, re-education and bodywork
to performing artists, athletes, and people suffering from chronic injury and disease. Her work
focuses on developing functional movement and on stimulating a learning process in her students
so they may discover new options.

Grace Mi-He Lee, C.B.T.
Grace's approach to treating the body is deeply influenced by her more than 30 years
of experience as a dancer, dance teacher and Hatha yoga instructor. Certified in 1993 by the Lauterstein-Conway
School of Massage Therapy in Austin, Texas, Grace recently completed the Upledger Institute's Level I
training in CranioSacral Therapy, a modality that strongly complements Swedish and deep tissue massage.
She also holds a B.A. in Sociology and Dance from Wesleyan University and M.F.A. in Dance from Temple
University.

Karen Saillant Bygott, P.B.C.
Karen has pioneered therapeutic voice and breath work for over 35 years. Her
unique hands-on techniques have enabled her to do vocal restoration work with rock singers, diaphragmatic re-education
for asthma and emphysema victims, and vetilator weaning of a comatose cardiac patient.

A dramatic soprano who has received standing ovations for her international Operatic appearances,
Karen holds bachelor's and master's degrees in music. A protegee of Catherine Merrick Wielopolska,
student in F.M. Alexander's original class, she began study with Carl Stough, founder of The Stough Method
of Breathing Coordination in 1972. In 1975 Carl Stough chose Karen to represent the principles of
BREATHING COORDINATION when The Stough Institute presented her in her New York City recital debut.
In March of 1998, using the principles of Breathing Coordination, Karen was able to permanently remove her
comatose husband from his ventilator and guide his easy breathing, in their home, until his death, sixteen
months later. BREATHING COORDINATION continues to be at the heart of her work.
